Bpm’online sales certification for partners

Bpm’online sales certification is an exam required to activate the partnership status and confirm understanding of bpm’online sales strategy by employees of certified bpm’online partners. This type of certification is required for sales managers, who will be selling bpm’online solutions and providing consultations.

What does the certification exam consist of?

 

Bpm’online sales certification consists of the following assignments:

  • Prepare a 10-minute video, in which the partner’s employee makes a presentation of bpm’online platform, shares its vision and positioning on the CRM market.

  • (Roleplay of the first meeting with the client);

  • Prepare a 10-minute video with a quick demo tour of bpm’online product range.
  • What are the steps of the certification process?

    Bpm’online Partner Account Manager coordinates bpm’online sales certification. Once the partner completes sales enablement, they should register for the sales certification exam by contacting a Partner Account Manager.

    After the registration, the partner’s employee receives a link to bpm’online demo site and a set of preparation materials. The assignment must be performed individually and delivered within 7 days.

    Certification procedure

    · The web camera should be turned on during the recording of presentation videos. The video from the web camera must be attached as a separate file(s) or added in the form of “face cam” to the presentation videos.

    · The recording should have a proper sound and video quality.

    · The recording should be uploaded on Google Drive and the link to the video file should be provided to the Partner Account Manager by email.

    Certification results

    The Partner Account Manager grades the video presentations and determines whether the partner’s employee has passed the certification. Upon successful certification, the Partner Account Manager activates the partnership.

    The certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of the certification.
