Bpm’online field sales functionality is designed to efficiently schedule the sales reps' visits to sales outlets, build routes on the map, manage the visit activities and assist sales reps during the visits.
Sales reps use bpm’online mobile app in the field to check visit “to-do” list, conduct presentations, monitor SKUs and place orders.
To access the field sales functionality, install bpm’online field sales application from the marketplace. Use the [Installed applications] section of the system designer to install marketplace applications. More information about installation of the marketplace applications is available in the.
If your bpm’online application is deployed on-site, make sure you are connected to the Internet to be able to download and install the additional Field sales package. To download and install the package, you need to configure a production server:
Grant access to the web site http://package-store.bpmonline.com/.
Allow downloading and unpacking of files with *.gz extension.
To access the field sales functionality, all sales rep users must be licensed separately.
