Self-service portal

The self-service portal enables your customers to communicate with the company employees. The customers can also use the portal to access your knowledge base and find answers to frequently asked questions. In bpm’online service products, the portal is also used for submitting and processing support cases.

The self-service portal is available in bpm’online studio, as well as any bpm’online service products (customer center, service enterprise, bank customer journey).
